poor communication moldy bathroom
the location was alright, i guess. the rainforest setting seemed decent.
the communication wasnt great at all, i send some emails prior arrival to reserve a massage but got no response. the cottage felt old, specially the bathroom. it had mold in some spots, and i even found snails there. room service didnt change all towels. they left muddy feet in the bathroom. that was pretty gross.

fine grounds good quality food
the grounds are fine. the approach to the resort from the hustle is excellent. staff are friendly, the facilities are lovely, the food is good quality.

The hotel has a large spread amidst nature! It really feels like you are staying in a serene setting. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. They blend nicely with the surrounding greenery.
The restaurant food options could improve slightly though it was nice. The resort is about 4 km away from the city center. This might matter to some guests.

The resort included a clean swimming pool of good size. I also noticed tea and cookies are available in the afternoon. The staff was friendly especially at the buffets. The manager worked hard ' comfort.
