Acceptable resort experience
jungle setting large bed hot water basic room dirty bathroom disappointing food
The jungle setting FELT peaceful with many birds around. The room was a good size and the bed was large. A hot water shower was available, BUT it did run out. Staff helped book a hike into the reserve and packed breakfast for the early start. I appreciated that.
Rooms felt a little basic. The bathroom COULD have been cleaner. The rooms overall need modernisation I think. The food was just okay.

poor communication moldy bathroom
the location was alright, i guess. the rainforest setting seemed decent.
the communication wasnt great at all, i send some emails prior arrival to reserve a massage but got no response. the cottage felt old, specially the bathroom. it had mold in some spots, and i even found snails there. room service didnt change all towels. they left muddy feet in the bathroom. that was pretty gross.

Peaceful Forest Getaway
large hotel serene setting
The hotel has a large spread amidst nature! It really feels like you are staying in a serene setting. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. They blend nicely with the surrounding greenery.
The restaurant food options could improve slightly though it was nice. The resort is about 4 km away from the city center. This might matter to some guests.
Facilities
9/10
The resort included a clean swimming pool of good size. I also noticed tea and cookies are available in the afternoon. The staff was friendly especially at the buffets. The manager worked hard ' comfort.
